At Charlton Commerce and Care2 we are committed to protecting your privacy. You can access and use our web site without giving us any information about yourself but in order for you to order products from the Care2 web store we do need information to host your membership and to be able to contact you.  This statement of privacy explains data collection and use in those situations.  Please read the complete Charlton Commerce and Care2 privacy statement.

Collecting your Personal Information:

We will tell you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you.  This information is requested when you sign up to be a customer of the Care2 web store in order to purchase products from the Care2 web store.

A minimum amount of information is needed in order for you to become a customer of the Care2 web store and in order for us to be able to contact you and to ship products ordered to you.

Neither Charlton Commerce nor Care2 stores or keeps any credit card details or personal payment information.  Payment for products from the Care2 web store is made directly to our merchant service payment partner PayPal.  Credit card or payment information is provided directly by you to PayPal through their secure payment systems. No payments are made directly to Charlton Commerce or Care2.

Use of your Personal Information:

We use your personal information for two primary purposes: to contact you directly and to deliver products that you have ordered. Certain personal information including your personal contact information is not shown publicly on the Care2 web store site.

We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, including packaging, mailing and delivering purchases, answering customer questions about products or services, sending postal mail and processing orders. We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
